Gorgeous little house at the end of the street. Has been completely remodeled down to the studs with brand new everything! Only 1 minute to Freeman Park, the Freeway, the Airport, Downtown and the INL. Huge new gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. One king & one queen memory foam beds in separate bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom with bath tub. The sofa in the living room also converts to a full size bed. The Nest is one of our newest additions and a lovely, and unique space! It used to be the art studio for Richard Bird. Now it’s a wonderful retreat for up to 4 people. It has two queen beds (one is a sleeper sofa), a table with 4 chairs, heating and air conditioning, a 49” 4K Smart TV with Direct TV, a full kitchen , all cooking and kitchen essentials, spices, appliances, full bathroom, laundry machines, great parking, coded entry, games, full utilities, and fabulous hosts!
