Very close to the location, at the foot of the Wimitzer Mountains is also the idyllically located Goggausee. As a small swimming lake halfway between the district city of Feldkirchen and the rural market community Weitensfeld, it is located far from tourist centers in a protected landscape area. The mountain cottage comprises about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and a terrace of about 13 m². It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

Wooden hut by the river

The wooden cabin is located in the garden of hosts directly on the river(Lieser), only a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. Right foot path is closed from 31 March 2025 because of Alpe Adria bike path Bau. Optimal for bike vacation,hiking, toilet, shower 30 m in host house. (Optional also use of washing machine possible) Amenities: fridge in the cabin. BBQ, fireplace, cooking facilities(outdoor), solar shower outdoors. For fun:swimming in the river, table tennis, shuttlecock, darts, etc.

Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For our own use, we offer our approximately 200 years old, refurbished cabin. Here, alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage has an area of around 50 square metres and is the perfect place to stay for four. It is situated on a sunny slope. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltaler Gletscherbahn and many destinations for hiking, climbing, ski/hiking skiing, canoeing and much more. If you are looking for an accommodation where you can switch off from your stressful everyday life, you have come to the right place in our Pyrbaumer Hütt'n. Hohentauern is located at 1,274 meters above sea level and is the perfect place for your hiking or skiing holiday. After a strenuous tour, you can reflect on the day in our private sauna or in front of a cozy wood stove. Your dog is of course also welcome.

A self-catering cabin with quaint stove, well equipped kitchen and running water. Pasturing cows and a nearby creek make the mountain idyll perfect. The fantastic view, the tranquility, the wide valley, the nearby mountain peaks - up here you are a little closer to the sky.

Unique alpine house at 1600 meters overlooking the Carnic Alps. On a paved road, you can easily reach the cozy alpine house summer and winter. The cabin is an ideal base for light ,moderate or even challenging mountain tours. A nearby alpine inn is open all year round and is a good alternative to cooking yourself if needed. The cabin is equipped with 6 beds in 3 rooms and a toilet ,bathroom with tub and a kitchen with wood & gas stove.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon !
