Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Experience mountain romance and stunning views in Brandberg. A true mountain village, and still surprisingly close to Mayrhofen and the cable cars! Brandberg is tucked away between gentle giants like the Brandberger Kolm and the Ahornspitze. Our south-facing village is located at the entrance to the Zillergrund valley. 1,092 hm above sea level. Brandberg is known as the "sunny village", as an opening between the mountains on the south let's it bathe in the sun.

In the quiet village of Haiming we have on the - 1st floor! - of our large, older house two rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly. At the entrance of the Ötztal we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities of this region. Farm shop, bakery, butchers are around the corner, 5 min to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Vacation home with mountain view

Our house is ideal for larger groups to have fine hours. In the Somme, grill on the terrace in winter in the cozy lounge with tiled stove. The stop to the Hochzeiger or Pitztaler Glacier is right next to the house, the village center is only a 5 min walk. To Area 47 ,for rafting or canyoning you have a driving time of 20-30 min. From mid-June to the end of Aug. only reservations from 7 days. Short stay surcharge will be charged up to 3 nights.
