Remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom so you’ll have the latest conveniences. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. Downtown Stresa is a 25 minute walk. No smoking inside or loud parties. Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony over the Borromean Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment our animal friends are considered special guests and very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for the docking of boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a large party for tourists.
