This is a new luxury 34 pyeong villa. Each room overlooks the sea and is perfect for relaxing on a quiet seaside. Especially the night view of the sunrise and the marine ships is fantastic. It is the best pointer for fishing along the road that passes through the meat!!. You can enjoy relaxing fishing on the breakwater in front of the house. The night fishing pointer is a 3-minute walk from home! Enjoy fishing with the kids! As a jogging and walking course, you can enjoy beautiful scenery and take care of your health! And you can easily climb the mountain behind you. Since it is a new building, it is equipped with clean and generous tableware and bedding, whirlpool, and clean zone safety space in the era of Corona. It is 15 minutes to Tongyeong and 10 minutes to Geoje Kohyun, so you can go anywhere in Tongyeong and Geoje, and you can buy fresh and good quality fish freshly caught at dawn (6 ~ 7 o'clock) at the front jetty. In addition, the pretty cafe around the island is 5 minutes away, and the hills of the wind, and the retail stores, are also fantastic for photographing lighthouses, especially Geunpo Cave (20 minutes).

There is an elevator and it consists of one room on each floor, so privacy is also guaranteed!
