Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Panoramic unobstructed view of Kachemak Bay, snow caped mountains, glaciers and volcanos. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath one story home. It is handicap accessible with views from every room. Approximately 5 miles from town. The Kitchen and Living room have been recently remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped. We recently added deck off the dining room with an outdoor barbecue. Great place for large groups or families with kids. Monthly discount on accepted Oct. 1st - April 30th.

The Homer Roundhouse is a perfect lodging choice for a couple, a small family or 4-5 adults. Located on a small road across from the beach yet hidden in town, this first class yurt is wonderful. All modern appliances and conveniences. You'll love it! We only book 3 night minimum stays on our calendar until March 1st then we open our calendar up to fewer days. Please know that there is so much to do and see in the Homer/Kachemak Bay area that 3 nights should always be the preference.
