This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. The day room has padded tile floor, great for yoga. barbeque. Lots of wildlife. No bears, no mountain lions .4+4 not necessary. Short private trail on property, and then BLM land for 100 acres. Must be over 22 to rent. Not suitable for children under 10. No dogs.
