Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

In summer: The house is a 4-minute walk from the lake and the indoor swimming pool, and 5 minutes from the newly opened longest treetop path in the world (Senda dil Dragun).

In fact, our apartment, completely renovated in summer 2020, is a few steps from downtown, but it is in a quiet and secluded area from where skiing facilities will be very easy to access. Our apartment is located on the sunny side of the upper Engadin Valley, at the edge of the cosy little village La Punt. As part of the 4 star residence La Mora it offers amenities such as a reception desk, a sauna and a games room and it is easy accessible either by public transport or car. Bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee.
