The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy to reach, public transportation takes you easily to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

The house of Isidore, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the glycine. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom that can be accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the room gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the Bay of Eze.

The shower room is equipped with a dryer of shower gel seviettes. The fridge has a bottle of rose de provence as a welcome gift. Two cups of coffee for the first morning.
