Peaceful Southern Charm has great views. An abundance of space with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, small countertop convection oven and coffee. Southern Charm is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 6 PERSON MAXIMUM. There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. Besides the 3 beds and 2 full baths, it features a backyard made for playing. Practice your golf swing, relax around the firepit or in the hot tub. There is a TV on the screen porch to catch a movie or game while enjoying the amenities. Plenty of parking. just a 10 min walk to all the eateries in 5 Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi).
