Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. The apartment is located in front of the lake and enjoys a wide breathtaking 180° view to be appreciated overlooking the large, bright and cozy terrace while enjoying a good dinner in company.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. The interior layout includes large living room of 50 mq with spacious sofas, that can be transformed into comfortable beds at occurrence.

The garden

The apartment is located in a fully renovated fisherman's house that overlooks Lake Como directly next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face directly on the street so as not to disturb the quiet and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a nice lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families, and furry friends (pets).

The holiday apartment Baita Pemont is located in the north of Livigno in a very quiet and sunny area. It boasts a strategic position both during summer and winter season. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (a twin or double bedroom can be arranged upon request) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
