Great location - this fun 2BD apartment is in the middle of all the excitement. Right off the strip, you can walk to all the bars, restaurants & shops. You can hear the music from the front porch. Enjoy this century old home that has 4 apartments. There are fire pits in the front & back as well as a back deck in addition to the front porch. Bring your lawn toys as there is plenty of space to play. There is a queen bed in the first bedroom & in the loft there is a queen bed and 2 twin beds.

The property gives you private access to lake Erie to enjoy paddle boarding (we have 2 paddle boards free for you to use), kayaking, or swimming. We provide a charcoal grill, firepit, and seating outdoors for you to fully enjoy the property. Everything in the home is brand new, as we renovated it to the studs and built a new modern house, complete with air conditioning, streaming tvs, and washer/dryer.

Over 30 area wineries-one right next door, 1/4 mi to Historic Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL Strip-1st Ohio Resort early 1900, family and adult amusements , trails along the shoreline within walking distance, 1 hr west to Cleveland Ohio or east to Presquile Isle, Pa, or south to Amish Country. No smoking. 2 cars avail parking but is negotiable. Be mindful of the Condo Association Rules.
