Quiet comfortable lake getaway.

Lots of room to spread out & relax at our lake house. Private dock on Thurmond Lake at the end of a path through the woods. Plenty of room for parking boats and trailers. Newly remodeled. Comfortable couches with recliners. Big kitchen with island. New appliances. Table lamps with USB charging ports. Views of woods behind and quiet street in front. An hour to Augusta National Golf Club. Less than 2 miles to the Bussey Point boat ramp. We are 21 minutes and 17 miles away from Wildwood Park.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located lake house. Great place for fishermen to stay for tournaments or a nice vacation spot. 2 story, 2 boat slip dock. 1 boat lift. Private area. Nice, covered patio with tv, and firepit. Covered area over grills close to patio. Lots of privacy. 2nd story of dock has 4 cushioned lounge chairs and gas fire pit. Absolutely no jumping off of top deck!!! Not only is it against DNR rules, but the water is too shallow for jumping.
