It is a luxurious self catering cottage set within the grounds of a private house. The cottage itself is all on one level, has its own large tarmac parking area, fully enclosed private patio furnished with BBQ, Table, Chairs etc. Step outside and use the enclosed hot tub or maybe stroll 100 steps to the indoor heated pool. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

But close to all amenities within a short walk. 3 minutes walk from Nottingham, Trent University. few minutes walk to number one bus stop. that takes you to Trent Bridge the forest, football ground (both 16 mins)and into the city (22 mins). Skylink bus directly to East Midlands airport. Morrisons supermarket is a short walk away 10 mins. Tesco express garage. With kfc and McDonald’s next door to the garage just across the main rd. from the village
