Watch the sunset from our favorite view, the Douglas Family Preserve (even closer!). The views from Elings Park just around the corner, boast ocean and mountain view’s. Great for an early morning hike or sunset stroll. The nearby “Mesa” area has a gourmet market called Lazy Acres. We are happy to recommend our favorite restaurants, too!

Amazing House in the Heart of Santa Barbara

This home is perfectly situated. Downtown State Street is only three blocks away and the famous Funk Zone where you can experience top notch dining is less than a five minute drive. The beach is only blocks away and a quick 2 or 3 minute drive will take you there. The entrance to the North and South 101 freeway is one block away. Please be advised that this is not a party house. Large parties will not be accepted and can lead to guests being asked to leave.

You can walk 5 mins to the gorgeous Miramar beach and the Rosewood Miramar hotel and the upper village is a 10 mins walk. It is well appointed, comfortable and cozy. It is decorated, with attention to detail, clean and well taken care of, staying here is like being in your own little tree house!!
