The lower level is great for adults and kids, themed with real Log cabin bedding. It has a queen bed along with bunk beds. The main floor has a renovated kitchen, cozy living room and a queen size bedroom. The loft features two rooms with a king and a full for overflow quests. Don’t forget the amazing hot tub and firepit to lounge in after a long day.

Waterfront Oasis on Pettingill Pond. You couldn't get any closer to the water, it's steps away. There are 3 Kayaks, and a paddleboat, firepit and dock for guest use! Private entrance, daylight basement in lower level of our home. There is a key code box to obtain access, and guest parking. 15 minutes to Sunday River and Black Mountain and 20 minutes to Mt.
