Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Enjoy the lovely setting of this quirky space surrounded by nature and on the doorstep of Longleat, Longleat Forest, Center Parcs and Wind Hill B1kepark. The space provides a double bed, seating area, quirky shower, separate toilet with sink, wifi, tv with Netflix and outside seating area overlooking our garden backed by fields. We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our 3 bed home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And have 2 Labrador dogs.
