Great location for this 3 bedroom home! Two, 1st floor bedrooms with comfy Queen beds and one, 2nd floor bedroom with 4 twin beds and toys to keep the kids entertained! Living room has comfortable seating with a 55" Smart TV for entertainment as well as a checker/chess table. Dining room seats 8 and a desk is provided if you have to pull out the laptop and work. The spacious kitchen has everything you will need and Washer/Dryer are provided. Off-street parking and a porch swing right out front!

We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.
