Nice villa with electric car parking 10 min from town

Nice semi-detached house in calm area with nearby forest grove that is still so close to Gothenburg city. Takes 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike or bus. Has its own carport with electric car charger and engine heater. 3 bedrooms upstairs with private toilet& shower. The downstairs has a large kitchen, large sofa and bathroom& laundry room. I live myself but have two daughters at home in the house every two weeks. Then I don't rent it out. They are 6 & 8 years old which means a lot of toys. No hotel right away. When parks and SPAS.

Underbart mysig liten sommarstuga i Bokenäs, södra Bohuslän. Närhet till mysig badplats med liten strand såväl som brygga (7 min mysig gångväg). Tio minuters gångväg till Bokenäs Spa https://www.bokenaset.com där ni kan äta, spa:a eller köpa en glass. Även närhet till flera av Bohusläns riktiga smultronställen såsom Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund (25 minuter med bil), bilfärjan till Lysekil har ni 10 minuter bort. Eller så stannar ni hemma på den mysiga tomten, solar, grillar och njuter av lugnet.

Nice walking paths in the area as well as proximity to Lysekil ( 9 km ), about 3-4 miles can be found favorite spots such as Nordens Ark, Kungshamn, Fjälbacka, Smögen. Merchant Flinks at Skaftö, where EvertTaube had a stay during the summers, where he wrote the song "May on Malö" A girl that Taube was in love with.
