Lovely seaside home, situated on the riverside of Witsand, close to kite surfing school and within easy walking distance of the beach and river mouth. Panoramic views over the Breede river and San Sebastián Bay. Wonderfully comfortable getaway! Bedrooms and bathrooms are on floor level, with a cozy lounge and kitchenette. Laundry appliances are under the stairs that lead up to large lounge area, with kitchen and eight seater dining table. Protected outdoor braai area and single garage available.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and utterly charming. The beautifully presented and well-preserved rural styled home with reclaimed features is well positioned for easy access to the quaint town. There are two spacious bedrooms with high ceilings throughout, a sun-drenched living room with a working fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and spacious shower.
