Splendid villa with pool and exceptional views

Very nice villa on the heights of Villeneuve in a very quiet area and not overlooked. Completely renovated in early 2022. After a day of exploring the area, you can relax in the sofas to read a good book or play pool and enjoy the exceptional view of the Durance Valley, the Valensole plateau and the Alps. Free for summer and fall 2024. Low season rate for 06, 09 and 10 2024. July and August high season rate.

Nice apartment (new, adjoining our house) fully equipped, quiet, sunny with a pleasant terrace. Pool and petanque court accessible under reserve (to be seen between us according to the needs of each). Linens provided. 5/10min drive from the body of water, city center (with its Provencal market Wednesday/Saturday), thermal baths... Opening of the pool around June 1st, depending on the weather too!
