New built cottage with 3 sleeping rooms as well as kitchen living room and bathroom. Room 1- 1 double bed (baby bed) Room 2- 1 bunk bed. Room 3- 2 single beds. Annex is 35 m2 and has its own bathroom and toilet, there is Ping pong and billiard table as well as other play activities for children and adults. All rooms have access to the terrace. The property is within walking distance to the boardwalk in the summerhouse area Kongsnæs, on a closed undisturbed main road. The tastefully decorated, high-quality cottage. The house has underfloor heating.

The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene home.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.
