Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

Valencia, fifty minutes away by car ,is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is the visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both locations about thirty minutes by car.
