The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Ground floor duplex with backyard. In the heart of the South End. The best restaurants and coffee shops in Boston are within 1-2 blocks. We are pet friendly with a dog park 1 block away. A Victorian brownstone with 2 floors and a big backyard. 2 separate bedrooms (queen beds) with exposed brick and heavy duty AC units in each BR. The third bed is a queen sized Serta air mattress(easily inflatable) A massive parlor level, very spacious. Easily the best neighborhood in Boston.

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.
