Quiet country house, close to Aarhus

Cozy apartment at our lovely country house Edelslund with lots of fresh air, peace and quiet. It is located in the small town of Norring 3 km from Hinnerup. There is a lovely south facing terrace with solar heated outdoor shower and a great view of fields. The apartment is 73 m3 with its own entrance from the courtyard where it is possible to park. The apartment consists of kitchen-living room and living room, bathroom with user, bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is the possibility of 2 extra sleeping places on the sofa.

Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Large holiday home in Bønnerup Strand by the sea, perfect for one or two families. With panoramic sauna and hot tub. Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
