Chez Maty, located in the heart of the Hautes Pyrenees 2 minutes from Lac de Génos - Loudenvielle (children's games, pedal boats,...). You have access via a small pedestrian path that passes in front of the entrance to the house. The thermo - playful center of Balnea is only 1 km from the accommodation. You will be happy to enjoy the slopes ( mountain biking, SKIING, hiking...) of the VAL LOURON resort by its route. But also from PEYRAGUDES accessible by LOUDENVIELLE by cable car ( 8 min in SKYVALL ).

In a wooded and very quiet residence, with swimming pool (in summer) 3 room apartment, perfectly equipped for 6 people. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with views of the mountains, in absolute calm. Close to shops (supermarket/pharmacy 500 m, bakery 800 m, curist shuttle at the foot of the residence, 500 m train station, 1.5 km from the city center.) Perfect for stays in any season. The 40 m2 T3 duplex cottage offers from its terrace a magnificent view of Lake Payolle and the mountains, kingdom of cows and horses in summer, starting point for many hikes or bikes on the slopes of Tourmalet and Aspin. Fishermen are not forgotten and several water activities are offered in summer as well as horse or pony rides. The view is worth it with sloping stairs. Infants are welcome but nothing is provided for their comfort.
