In addition to the house being modern and fresh and inviting in to lovely atmosphere, the whole nature is in front of you. The jetty invites to play both for children and adults. Relax with BBQ and hot tub at night on the well-stocked porch. Everything for children such as a travel bed, etc., is available! For a fee even rowing boat or/and sup can be rented! If you are interested in hiking, there are fantastic hiking trails.

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Beachvillan50m2 i Motala, Varamobaden, Varamon. Lugnt och naturnära vid en 2km söderhavsliknande paradisbeach. En harmonisk atmosfär ska råda här varför partyfolk, skällande hundar och livliga barn vänligen men bestämt undanbedes. Restauranger och barer hittas via en barfotapromenad längre bort på beachen. Cityliv och hamnliv (Motala) är faktiskt endast 3,5km bort. Ta med egna sängkläder. Kuddar, täcken och extra madrass finns. Delvis tillgång till 2 stabila havskajaker. Egen altan med grill.

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. The cottage is located on our property, own outdoor area. Distance to the beach is 400 meters! We provide sheets and towels at no extra charge. Cleaning takes care of the tenant. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning solution are available. The cottage is equipped with all that you need for a nice vacation!

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and micro. The WC and the shower with water heater. Furnished balcony with roof. Only 150 m to the lovely grocery beach with access to swimming in clear water, shallow sand bottom great for families. There are 2 restaurants close by by the water.
