Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

The loft (size 70qm / 750sq ft.) is in walking distance to the East Side Gallery, Badeschiff, Oberbaumbrücke, Mercedes Benz Arena, East Side Mall, Sprengelkiez, Underground U1 and a 5 min. drive to the Alexanderplatz / Fernsehturm. The accommodation is suitable for couples, singles and business travelers. The loft is located central, nevertheless in a quiet patio of the old marmalade factory. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can be booked at any time with me.
