Oceanaire is a first class vacation home directly on the Atlantic Ocean beach near Governor's Harbour, central Eleuthera. This custom built villa underwent a total renovation inside and outside in 2019 and features two master suites with fantastic views from every room. Covered! veranda with comfortable furniture and an open sundeck overlooking a pink sand beach provide shade and sun worshippers equal opportunity to relax and enjoy the serenity of Oceanaire. Newly Built Private, Quiet, Romantic Caribbean Sea Home, sunbathe, romantically dine, and gaze at the stars and moonlight by a balmy Bahama Breeze. The house completed summer of '22, located on over 400 feet of Caribbean Sea frontage with expansive views of Rainbow Bay while providing plenty of privacy. Several beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea are within a mile, with our favorite being Rainbow Bay Beach just over ½ mile away with its’ soft sand and calm, clear water.

(2 Kings, 2 Queen beds) Optional mother in law suite below sleeps 2 additional people if needed. Entire Villa sleeps 10 people total.

Brand new build with old island charm, steps from pink sands beach and views out over the blue Bahamian waters. *Update April 23,2025 we have installed a battery backup system which can power the unit for up to 36 hours in the case of power outages. It is a seamless transition when the power goes out, it doesn't even reset the Internet modem so you'll never even know the power is out.
