There's a large fully equipped Kitchen, a spacious dining area and a lounge to relax. There are 2 bedrooms including a triple bed and a huge luxurious bathroom with a stand alone bath and separate shower.

Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (located on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however a light breakfast is included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

Oakle, our self contained guest annex with independent access, king sized bed, ensuite shower room and private kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast. Alton Towers and Uttoxeter Racecourse nearby. Doveridge has a lovely country pub within walking distance which serves food. Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the bars, eateries, shops and amenities of Uttoxeter. We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

It’s only a 20-minute walk from here into the historic heart of Warwick with its world-famous Castle, and a 40-minute walk into Royal Leamington Spa with its Regency architecture, shops, bars and restaurants. Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon is just a 25-minute drive away.

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.
