Your holiday residence has a private sun terrace, where you can start the day with an extensive breakfast or sit back and unwind at the end of an active, eventful day. After being out and about all day, you'll find peace and quiet in our private sauna - a special treat. Enchanting, family-friendly villa on 206 m², on the 1st and 2nd floor, in the heart of Augsburg for large families or groups of up to 9 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with tub. Additional toilet on the 2nd floor. Central, quiet location. In 15 minutes on foot at the town hall, with the tram line 2 (walk to the stop about 5 minutes) you are immediately in the city center.

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich.
