A beautiful refurbished former fishing cottage only 150m from the beach and town centre in the seaside town of Sheringham. First floor: 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 (1 king size bed and one twin room) and shower room. 2nd floor: twin bedroom. Ground floor bathroom, living room kitchen/diner and utility. Varying levels and steep stairs make this unsuitable to the less mobile. Courtyard garden with stream, parking for one car and store for beach gear. BBQ and garden table and chairs. One dog allowed.

The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. Hello! The flat at Conway House is located in the wonderful village of Overstrand, just 1.5 miles east of Cromer, a ten-minute walk to the beach. We are renting a self-contained flat with an en-suite, on the first floor of the house. We will provide a breakfast of toast, cereals, fruit, and yoghurt, as well as tea, coffee, and nibbles. There is a small kitchen in the flat, but it does not have either a hob or an oven - just a microwave.
