Condominium with excellent infrastructure,swimming pools,courts, game room and party rooms, playroom and playground. And property, in addition to having the differential of being house 1, with a location and a privileged view, has 3 floors. On the 1st floor the social areas and a jacuzzi, on the 2nd we have 3 bedrooms (1 suite and 1 BWC) and on the 3rd attic,a bedroom in open concept. The jacuzzi has no heating.
