Perfect Spacious, Private Lodge. Alrewas.

Spacious, cosy sole use lodge in village of Alrewas, Derbyshire. Forget your worries in this serene property. Ideally located as there are many great attractions. The National Memorial Arboretum, Lichfield City, Peak District and Cannock Chase. There is level access and facilities for less able guests. It features one kingsize bedroom with en-suite and one single bedroom plus additional bathroom with shower over. The cosy open plan kitchen/living room opens onto the patio area with seating.

Swallow cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with attention to detail. A feeling of luxury and tranquility. Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area).
