Cosy cabin in Risør, right by the sea!

Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min. to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally it is a boat building, but we have turned it into a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty, which is deep enough as well for sailboats. You can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Bright and cozy apartment. 5 min walk to the city center. Good parking. Nice and spacious patio with BBQ. Ready-made beds+towels. Includes: Hallway, living room with small kitchenette and dining area. 1 bedroom with 150 cm bed. 1 sleeping alcove with 120 bed. You have to go through the sleeping alcove to get to the bathroom. The apartment is very central. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Bathing area and hiking trails right by. Minimum 4 days. You are welcome

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. Compact happiness in the middle of Risør!

Right in the center of Risør you can stay small, practical and compact at Bua, a superb nest for two people who want to explore Southern Norway's most beautiful city! The small house contains a lovely double bed, a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a studio kitchen with a mini fridge, induction cooktop and coffee maker. The house was built in 2019 and is in top condition, with heating cables in all floors. It is quiet and secluded, but with immediate proximity to all city amenities.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/barbecue/garden furniture. The area is peaceful and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-October.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Hammerlia 41 is in a great location with a view to the sea at Nesodden Brygge at the heart of Sørfjorden in idyllic Risør. Two sandy beaches nearby and bathing jetty (200m.) Hiking terrain and short road to Risør city centre (10 min w/car) Motorboat (14-16ft/9.9-60hp ) can be rented. The cabin is now upgraded (May 2025) with two super comfortable continental double beds (180x200) Three of the other beds will also be upgraded.
