The Fountains at la Barrosa

A place to come and disconnect. Soak in the southern Spain sun with a sangria by the pool, minutes walking from the beach, grill on the bbq, or experience some of the restaurants around the area. At night you will relax with the tranquility of the neighbourhood, or if you prefer you are minutes away to the night life. Other activities we love to do are walking along the beach watching a sunset, or around the pinewood, eat outside, and go golfing to the multiple courses we have in the area.

The Colorín

El Colorín is a breezy, comfortable home located 250m walking distance from the beach. The upper floor has been recently refurbished, bathrooms are new, and the entire house is decorated in an eclectic, high décor style that displays our love for color, uniqueness, and artisan art. It has a fabulous porch for entertaining or relaxation, a garden, a hammock area & outdoor shower and backyard with BBQ and plunge pool, all in privacy. We have designated workstations for remote work and study.

La Casa Celeste at 500 meters from the beach

La Casa Celeste is fully equipped, very spacious and bright. It is only 500m away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Sanlúcar. The house counts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: ideal for 1 or 2 families. All rooms have air conditioning. For the little ones there is a travel cot, high chair and safety gate for the stairs. The extras? A living room with natural light, cinema, bar and fireplace in the basement, a roof terrace, 2 patios, a barbecue, internet 600 Mb, Smart TV and six bicycles.

This fantastic parade has plenty of space to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. It is 4'walk from the Shopping Mall. In the garden it has a private pool, covered porch with seating area and table for meals. It has two living rooms: one with a dining room and exit to the porch and the other with a foosball in the basement. There are closets in all the bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms are complete and with window. Air conditioning cold/heat and fireplace. It has a shopkeeper and outdoor pile.

In this accommodation you can breathe tranquility: relax with the whole family, with pine forests inside and outside the property for a quiet stroll. Just 3.5 km from the hustle and bustle of the beach's leisure area and 4 km from downtown. Easy access and exit to the same avenue as the beach and exit from the village. 300 meters away there is a shopping area with supermarkets, hotels (dinners and meals), hairdresser, etc.
