This is a lovely large quiet and tranquil separate unit with a new bathroom. A small stream gurgles alongside enjoyed by pukekoes and eels. One Tree Point Retreat.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Four bedrooms, plus separate media room with fold out couch. Two rooms have single beds, one room has a double bed and the Master room a queen bed plus ensuite. Open plan living in a 2 year old house. Outside has a trampoline, plenty of room for kids to run or for adults to feel they can have their own space. A quick walk to a restaurant and four square. House is located in the marina subdivision.
