T3 of 58m2 crossing and spacious. It is located 6th floor (with elevator until the 5th) Argonauts. The residence has a swimming pool (opening according to prefectural decree). The kitchen is open to the living room and terrace with a superb sea view. The 2 bedrooms open to a 2nd terrace overlooking the Canigou and Lac Marin. Located in cap coudalere. The pool consists of 2 pools and an aqualudic area. Pools open until 11/3. close on Tuesdays and Thursdays . Accommodation located 5 min drive from the Christmas market. 20 min walk by a track . The site has tennis courts, basketball, soccer , pétanque. Sea 5min by bike, 20 min by walk. Mountain: Pic du Canigou 1.5 hour drive Sea lake at the foot of the apartment ( sailing, paddle boarding, etc.) Spain 40m.

My place is close to the stunning view of the pond of Salses, the beach is about 500 m away. For sailing lovers, only a few dozen meters to walk. . My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged companions. The pool , hot tub are unavailable, a prefectural decree does not allow its use. Eastern Pyrenees are on heightened drought alert
