My Grand Lakeview Villa

This villa is a piece of heaven on earth. It sits majestically on a Rocky Mountain with 360 degree breath taking views to one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. The sceneries of the three volcanoes that stand right in front of you on the opposite side of the lake would make you want to hold your breath and not let go. Exquisite home with pool on estate

Villa Eggedal is situated on the North shore of Lake Atitlan in the peaceful village of Santa Cruz. Ten acres of beautifully manicured gardens with pool overlook the lake and its surrounding volcanoes. The gardens make this a bird-watcher's paradise. There are 7 properties on this amble estate. The views are amazing but it does involve walking up numerous steps. If you are arriving after dark, please make sure to bring a torch with you. Only arrive by boat and not by car.
