Beautiful old house in the countryside.

The house is 20'min walking from the town centre. And it is the best place to spend some time off and enjoy the calm, the surrounding beauty and the birds singing everywhere. It has four bedrooms with private bathrooms, two living rooms well furnished and kitchen ( microwave, coffee maker, juice squeezer, toaster and fridge). Only al 90 minutes away from Buenos Aires Capital. There are Chevallier buses to San Antonio de Areco almast every hour from Retiro Bus Station. ( 2 hour ride trip).

Brand new house in a beautiful,very quiet , safe and family friendly neighborhood. It has direct access from the Pan American and right at the entrance there is a walk with cafes , restaurants, clothing stores of all kinds, pharmacy, supermarket, games for children , all outdoor to enjoy a walk as a couple or family. I brought the whole family to this great place with plenty of space for fun. The main house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious, but it also has a spectacular quincho. You can enjoy all summer with children's games, pool, soccer courts, basketball, green spaces with beautiful vegetation. Winters are also unique, ideal for rich dishes kitchens, reading, watching movies by the fire from a warm home. Don't miss out on this wonderful place to stay.

A 4500 m2 park 1 hour from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires with everything you need to disconnect from the city. Important : - The pool is available from November 1st to May 1st - Sheets and towels are not included, visitors have to bring their own - There is no cable TV, to see channels you have to use YouTube or connect a device via HDMI cable. - Dogs can enter the property from other farms but they are friendly.
