Large playground, viewing terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is a self-contained 2 room sized apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private street with alternative coves. Winter: a 4WD is required for snow! Unfortunately no pets possible as I am a strong allergy sufferer.
