In our small quiet apartment, stylish furnishings await you with attention to detail, a philosopher's cottage on the balcony, as well as an infrared sauna for the extra portion of wellness. Located directly between Fichtelgebirge and Franconian Forest, not only hiking enthusiasts will get their money's worth. Our beautiful city of Hof also has a lot to offer with extraordinary and popular recreational areas such as the Untreusee and the Theresienstein.

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.
