We rent out our wonderful house in the periods when we are on vacation ourselves. The house has a large and bright living room (60m2). The living room has a large sliding door which makes the garden (on the South) and the living room one large living area. The fully enclosed garden has a BBQ and lounge sofa, so sitting outside is always possible. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Think about the city of Alkmaar or Amsterdam or visit the island of Texel, amusement parks, indoor pools, cinema, hiking.

Part of a charming historical building, the residence has a garden at the back, as well as a private bench on the street side (ideal for your morning coffee in the sun) and balconies on both sides on the upper floors.

We offer a three floor apartment (120m2). At a canal in a trendy area, just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from the city center, this will be the perfect base to explore the city. Just around the corner there are many nice restaurants, supermarkets and a tramstop. But after you have climbed the stairs of our apartment you will find yourself in an oasis of serenity. With the highlight being the covered and heated roof terrace, where you could even do work outs.

And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. The sky is the limit!

I love my place and it's location!! Cosy nice condo. well maintained and easy access. Nice calm side street in the heart of the city with an awesome sunny side balcony. Almost everything is walking distance.
