Intero appartamento, 1 ospite. Casa non adatta a neonati, bambini piccoli e anziani con problemi motori. Punto cucina corredata di tutto, giardino e posto auto a due passi dall’ingresso. In estate, in giardino, una seconda doccia. La spiaggia si trova a 20 minuti a piedi. Nel raggio di 300 metri trovate supermercati, farmacia, banca, ristoranti etc. Fermata del bus per Palermo davanti l'ingresso del residence ma ne trovate anche altre nelle vicinanze. Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi.
