Villa Sjöman is beautifully situated in Norra Vallgrund in Unesco World Nature Heritage site in Kvarken archipelago. The house is 30 kilometers from Vasa. The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. A fresh and cosy guest house with a sauna, with a nice sea view, located in a bay in the archipelago of Maxmo ca ½ h drive from Vaasa. For 2 adults (not suitable for children, but small infants possible). It is very well equipped and located only 15 m from the shore line. A rowing boat and 2 older bikes available for our guests. Suitable for use all around the year (electrical floor heating and A/C). The hosts are availible most of the time, and speak English, Swedish and Finnish.

Recently renovated apartment (58m2, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom) in an old wooden house in the absolute center, very close to City Theatre. Peaceful yard with parking included. Bicycles at your disposal. The apartment is one of 6 in this family house. Common areas are on the upper floor where also self-service breakfast is served. There is a sauna, large balcony and lounge. Summertime there is also a large terrace with grill in the yard. Not suitable for parties.

Unique, beautiful old house in a peaceful quarter, close to the city center. The house is built in early 20th century and is newly renovated. The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available. All services, including the train station are within a few minutes walking distance. The house is a part of our home, so we kindly request all guests to treat it with respect.
