Luxurious king size beds, beautiful bathrooms, abundant art and character; the property look onto an ancient courtyard with fountain, secure behind private gates with parking. The location is exceptional. Windsor Great Park is a 10 min stroll away, and Windsor is 3 miles away, Wentworth Golf Club and Ascot are within 6 miles. Central London is 35 minutes by train. Heathrow is 6 miles away.

Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
