Nestled on the border between Tuscany and Umbria it has been recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heat pump, and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Good WIFI. Patio equipment includes a table and 4 chairs (for guests!) and deck chairs plus an electric BBQ.

La Terrazza offers privacy and space with a huge panoramic terrace. Our most historic apartment dating to 840 A.D. with meter-thick stone walls that offer a cool oasis in summer. Originally part of the defensive wall of the village, with barrel vault ceilings, arrow slit windows and original glass oven from 1292. Very spacious and private with two large king bedrooms, ensuite baths and walk-in showers. Modern fully equipped kitchen, large living room has sofa bed, easy chairs. Walk to village.

Casa Tranche - Orvieto

Casa Tranche is a rustic farmhouse immersed in the Orvieto countryside, in the center of an ancient volcanic valley. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, it is a cosy house which preserves many inhabitants' traces through paintings, objects and books. The perfect place for communal activities and immersion in the calm of the countryside. Within an hour's drive: Orvieto, Viterbo, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena lake and hot springs (Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano, Saturnia).

The Terrace of Victory

The Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on a single level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the manor house and only 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace on Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a space of 40 square meters, there is a double bed, an armchair, a bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
