Sleep in luxury with 1,800 thread count sheets, hotel pillows, and down alternative comforters, each with flat screen TV's. Welcome to The Farmhouse in beautiful South Bend, IN. We remodeled our home in 2018, maintaining the cool 1940's Tudor features while creating an open, comfortable, modern space for large groups to gather and celebrate life together. Our home has a unique sense of history and place and our guests are always our #1 priority. A destination in itself, our luxury farmhouse boasts 2,000 sq ft of sumptuous accommodations. The large, open living room flows into the dining room to comfortably accommodate large groups who want to lay out a spread of food and socialize. Grab a plate, light up the wood burning fireplace, turn on the 60-in Smart TV (cable TV, ESPN, NBC, Bravo, FOX Sports, Netflix, Amazon, local, Pandora music, etc) flip on the sound bar (use it as a Bluetooth speaker!), and kick up your feet. Enjoy coffee at the sunny breakfast nook table as the cooks prep food in our gourmet kitchen (complete with bamboo floors, stainless steel countertops, and professional grade stainless appliances). Don’t miss a second of pre-game highlights on the kitchen's flat screen TV! Dip in to our gorgeous hot tub or pull up a stool and chat at our wrap around bar. Relax by the large fire pit while your family cooks out on the gas grill, then move to our movie screening lounge in our fully finished basement to enjoy the 110-in HD projector screen. Sleeping is luxurious with 1,800 thread count sheets, hotel pillows, and down alternative comforters. All bedrooms have large flat smart TV's. FIRST FLOOR: *1 bedroom - 1 Queen bed *Full bath 2nd FLOOR: * Room 1- 2 Queens & pack and play * Room 2- 1 Cal King FINISHED BASEMENT: * 2 Queens & 1 Queen roll out bed (upon request, 48 hours advance notice) * Full bath With a completely fenced in lot, we're a great space for families with kids.
