Beautiful Appartment close to metro/beach/city

My private Home with private things .2 bedroom perfect for a couple or 2 friends. Very brigth with lots af sun light. ( its my Home so private items are not removed). The Balcony has sun most of the day. From the airport its only 5 min. with the metro, the appartment is 600 m from the metro and it taks 10 min. to walk. The city center is very close, the bus runs every 10 min outside the house, it goes right into the city center ( takes around 15-25 min). the Beach is 15 min. walk away. .

Das große sichtgeschützte Grundstück befindet sich an einem Privatweg der zum Strand führt und dort endet und nur von den Anliegern genutzt wird und daher kaum befahren wird. Zum feinen weißen 2 km langen Sandstrand sind es nur 700 m bis zur Ortsmitte ca. 1,5 km.

Small cottage perfect for 2-3 people for a couple of days stay. Close to the beach, bird watching areas and golf courses. Possible to do easy cooking but otherwise a short walk to many restaurants.
