Gode bussforbindelser med busstopp rett utenfor hoveddøren. Lokal matbutikk rett ved siden av overnattingsstedet. Mosvannet, Stokkavannet og Sverd i fjell ved Hafrsfjord er verdt et besøk. Alt er i gåavstand. Tur til Preikestolen eller Kjerag med egen bil eller daglige bussavganger.

Koselig liten leilighet i rolig boligstrøk 10 min fra sentrum. Det går busser hvert 5 min. Vi har sykler, hjelmer, skateboard, sparkesykler, rulleskøyter, fotball mm til låns, bare spør🙌 Norges største skatepark i betong, (Tasta Skatepark) er 5 min gåtur unna. 1 times kjøring til Preikestolen. Vi har lader til elbil. Havet og skogen rundt Stavangers største innsjø, Store Stokkavannet, er en kort gåtur borte. Fleksibel inn/utsjekk😃

Charming house close to the city center

Charming home from 1860 that was originally home to Stavanger's last horse driver. In the backyard there were stables for the horses. In 2012 the house was completely renovated with modern kitchen/dining area. In the backyard there are now storage rooms and two great sunbathing areas. The location is very central. The neighborhood is authentic and peaceful. There is a fireplace in the kitchen/dining room. No partying and no worries.
